With over 15 years of experience in the contact center and field operations space, Cesar understands all facets of contractor management. Cesar oversees our Field Operations Supervisors that are strategically located in major markets across the country, as well as our contractor engagement efforts.
Lauri Lane, Manager Provider Services
Bringing 18 years of leadership skills to our Provider Operation division which services the needs of all providers, Lauri drives for continuous improvement of our Proposal Management, Service Management (dispatch system), Provider Support, and Provider Relation Teams. She has a proven record as an engagement driver, performance developer, and problem solver.
Emile Schneider, Contractor Engagement Advocate
Emile’s journey began in the contact center where she gained her appreciation for both our customers and dedicated Service Providers. Emile quickly advanced through the ranks to her current role servicing as the voice for our Service Provider Network. Emile enjoys advocating, training, and communicating with those that serve as the face of our organization.
